American Pie - a cult flick about sexual encounters among teenagers was her first major break in Hollywood. In the role of Vicky as the virgin made her an attractive appearance. The film did not go on to a hugely lucrative Hollywood career. Reid had several misfires with unsuccessful movies such as Josie and the Pussycats. The actress' career declined despite a short role in American Pie 2. Her offscreen mishaps, famous and infamous plastic surgery and her many performances that have been a blink and miss, has turned her into the party goer or designer, rather instead of an actress.
