Aaliyah Dana Haughton and Aarti Mann

Aaliyah Dana Haaughton rose to prominence after the release of the album she dubbed Age Ain't Nothing More Than an Number in 1994. At the age of 15, the album achieved Gold status. This collaboration, heavily influenced R. Kelly's musical style, put her in the limelight. She collaborated in 1996 together with Jermaine Dupri as well as Timbaland to release her second album One In A Million which contained the number-one hit single If Your Girl Only Knew. Aaliyah gained international recognition as an R&B artist with their release of the sophomore album, One In A Million. Aaliyah starred alongside the legendary martial artist Jet-Li in Romeo Must Die (2000), an action and romantic film. The role was offered to her following an interview with director Joel Silver at an awards event. In 2002 she got to be part of the vampire flick Queen of the Damned which was an adaptation of The Anne Rice novel. The Matrix Sequels saw her playing Zee and appeared on The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions that same year. The singer had four Grammy nominations in 1999 2001 2002 and 2003. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. Aarti Mann is an Indian-American from the first generation born in Connecticut. Mann is the abbreviation for her husband's first name Mankad. Aarti is at once Aarti as well as Aarti. Majumdar. While she started out with small TV and movie roles, her acting started to gain momentum around the mid 2000s. Her other noteworthy works include Leverage 2012, Suits 2013, and Grey's Anatomy 2017. Her commercials have featured major brands, such as Volvo. The actress currently resides with her family in Los Angeles along with her wife, son and daughter. She also pursues her acting profession.
